The only way you can survive in the variety of frequencies is by increasing your frequency. You have that capacity. You have the capacity to achieve the highest point in one lifetime. This is what we call the level of immortality. – Mohanji

In the context of well-being, “frequency” often refers to the vibrational energy or state of being that an individual emits. This concept is rooted in the idea that everything in the universe, including our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies, is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies.

Low frequencies are associated with negative emotions such as fear, anger, hatred, jealousy, envy, comparisons, competitions, selfishness and sadness.
High frequencies are linked to positive states like love, compassion, selflessness, gratitude, humility, self-acceptance, non-violence, joy, and peace.

Higher frequencies are generally thought to be more beneficial, leading to better mental, emotional, and physical health.

How Yoga Can Help Raise Our Frequency

Yoga, as a holistic practice, can significantly contribute to raising our vibrational frequency through its multifaceted approach.

Physical Level

Yoga poses (asanas) enhance circulation and ensure that energy flows smoothly throughout the body, removing blockages that can lower frequency.
Sweating and deep breathing during yoga help eliminate toxins, purifying the body and enhancing overall energy.

Mental Level

Yoga encourages mindfulness, which helps clear mental clutter and improves focus, leading to a more peaceful and elevated state of mind.
Practices like pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation calm the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, which are associated with lower frequencies.

Emotional Level

Yoga provides a safe space to release stored emotional tension, helping to process and let go of negative emotions.
By fostering emotional resilience, yoga helps you handle life’s challenges more gracefully, maintaining a higher vibrational state.

Spiritual Level

Yoga practices foster a deeper connection with your inner self, promoting self-awareness and spiritual growth, which elevate your frequency.
Meditation and mindfulness practices cultivate inner peace and tranquility, essential for maintaining a high vibrational frequency.

Practical Tips for Raising Frequency with Yoga

  • Regularly engage in yoga to maintain and progressively elevate your frequency.
  • Combine physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness for a comprehensive practice.
  • Be attentive to your body’s signals and adjust your practice to avoid strain and ensure continuous growth.
  • Complement your yoga practice with healthy nutrition, adequate rest, and positive thinking.

By integrating these elements into your daily routine, yoga helps you achieve and sustain a higher vibrational frequency, enhancing your overall well-being and quality of life.
