Healing Method with the Help of the Luminous Body

The works of the enlightened Master Dr. Ljubiša Stojanović present several healing methods that can be practiced by everyone, regardless of prior training. In this article, we will highlight two of these methods.

Sending a Healing Request to the Luminous Body
This technique is one of the most effective ways to facilitate energetic healing for anyone, regardless of spiritual training or development. It can significantly aid in healing mild illnesses, while for moderate to severe illnesses, it may provide only partial relief.

To initiate this healing, the therapist should visualize holding the hands of the “patient” in their own and then say, either silently or aloud:

“I ask for this person to be healed.”

Hold this position with closed eyes for about a minute, then release the hands. You can also use this method on yourself by asking your own luminous body for healing. Each time this is performed on another person, the healer simultaneously receives self-healing, aligning with the concept of “two birds with one stone.”

A healing session using the luminous body can be conducted up to three times a day for yourself or others. Exceeding this limit is not recommended.

Healing with the Synchronization Energy

Another accessible method for aura cleansing utilizes a spiritual energy that fills the cosmos, known as Synchronization Energy. People with paranormal sight describe it as an infinite array of small, grayish energy spheres, similar to ping-pong balls.

These spheres surround and fill us but are inactive until one becomes aware of them and seeks healing. To engage this energy, extend your hand—physically or in your mind—spread your palm, then close it as if holding an energy sphere. Next, place your hand with the sphere over the affected area, or imagine placing it inside your body at the target location. This activates the Synchronization Energy. Since these spheres deplete over time, it’s essential to repeat this process every 30 minutes. There’s no limit to how often this can be done.

Additional Easy Methods for Spiritual Development

The Our Father Prayer

One part of The Path to Enlightenment seminar led by Dr. Ljubiša Stojanović involves the well-known Christian Our Father prayer. Through his research, Dr. Stojanović discovered that each line of this prayer has a unique energetic effect. By reciting this prayer, the participant receives ten powerful healing and developmental energies.

The best way to recite this prayer is in a meditative posture—sitting with closed eyes, saying the words slowly and internally, with full focus on each word. The effect depends on the individual, becoming stronger as one grows spiritually. However, there are a few ways to enhance the positive effects:

  • If the prayer is written on a piece of paper, one can sit in meditation, place a palm over the text, close their eyes, and say “Our Father.” Afterward, keep the eyes closed for about a minute.
  • Recite the prayer while holding your hands in the “Creator is with me” posture (see image below).

    Note: The exercise of placing the hands in this posture, with palms crossed in an “X” on the chest, can also be practiced on its own for up to one minute. This practice fosters feelings of gentle peace and bliss.

Opening Up the Consciousness

The full name of this exercise is A Request to Spiritual Energies for Opening Consciousness Towards Them. The ideal position for this practice is seated.

How to Perform It
Relax, close your eyes, and silently say:

“I ASK THE SPIRITUAL ENERGIES TO FULLY OPEN MY CONSCIOUSNESS TOWARDS THEM.”

Duration of Meditation
This meditation should last up to one minute. It can be practiced up to three times daily and is recommended as a daily practice.
